Ordering Information

How do I place my order online?

Just follow these simple steps!

Step 1: Browse our product catalog and choose your favourite products

Step 2: Click on the product to access the individual product page

Step 3: Select the size and type you want to add the product to your cart

Step 4: A ‘pop-up’ will prompt that your product has been successfully added. Continue shopping or click on your cart to view your selected items.

Step 5: If there are other items you want to purchase, click “continue shopping” and repeat steps 1-3 to add these items to your cart

Step 6: Once all items have been added, click “check out” to begin the check out process.

Is ordering from Crowning Stroke Secure?

Crowning Stroke uses PayPal for all its online transactions and does not store any of your billing information including your credit card information.

I do not have a credit card. How do I make payment?

This is a step by step process for users without credit cards.

Step 1: Send an e-mail to info@crowningstroke.com with all the following information:

• Name
• E-mail address
• Contact number
• Shipping address
• Shipping method ( Singapore-Normal, Singapore-Registered or International)
• Names and sizes of the products you want

Step 2: We will send an invoice to your provided email address, with instructions for payment through direct bank or PayPal transfer. Out of stock items will be removed from your order.

Step 3: Make the requested payment within 3 days. Please give about 2-4 days after payment for the payment to be cleared.

Step 4: Once the payment has been confirmed, your package will be shipped within 1-2 days and an e-mail will be sent to you regarding your shipment information.

I e-mailed you guys several times, where is my reply?

You will usually receive a reply in 1-3 working days, but we may sometimes exceed this given period due to high activity. If you have not received your reply, do feel free to send another inquiry. We thank you for your understanding and patience!

Some accounts may mark our e-mails as junk mail or block them completely. Do check your junk mail folder for our response, or try sending your inquiry from another e-mail address.

Shipping Information

 What shipping options do you offer?

Singapore addresses: Packages will be sent using SingPost normal postage. Shipping charges are based on SingPost rates, and include a handling fee. Registered post is available as an additional option at S$2.50 per order. Orders with 5 items or more will receive the registered post option free!

International addresses: Packages will be sent using SingPost registered air mail. Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping location and the number of items in your order. Simply add your items to the cart and proceed to the checkout process to see the total shipping costs before placing your order.

Important! For all international orders made with credit cards through PayPal, please note that we only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses, and it is a must to have the same billing/shipping address. If you do not have a confirmed PayPal address, refer to the steps for users without credit cards.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You will receive a shipping confirmation mail once your order has been shipped. Do note that the time frames listed below apply only to the time it takes for your order to arrive from the date it was shipped, and not the date your order was placed.

Singapore addresses: 1-3 working days

International addresses: 2-4 weeks

Do I have to pay customs and taxes charges?

On reaching your country, your order is subject to local customs clearance, import duties and taxes. Any additional charges must be borne by you. We are not responsible for any items delayed or seized by the customs of any country, or if the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to you.

 Can I track my order status?

Yes you can! All you need is your order number, the e-mail address you used to place your order and the Order Tracking page.

If you require a detailed update on your order, please opt for the ‘Registered Mail” option during checkout. This will give you a detailed order status directly from SingPost.

Product and Sizing Information

 What are the measurements for the t-shirts?

All Crowning Stroke t-shirts are made with a polyester-cotton blend to ensure minimal warping and stretching of the t-shirt and design. We have different fittings for both males and females; you can get more information at our sizing chart.

Where do you get your designs?

From artists like you! At Crowning Stroke we encourage artists to submit their designs to us through our submit page, and the best designs are picked for print. It’s that simple!

To encourage our artists, we have specially set up a profile for them on our site. Do check out the artists’ profiles to find out more about them!

Hey! I have seen your design somewhere else before!

We respect all artistic works and we do our best to ensure all our designs are the original works of our artists. However, if you have seen a design similar to ours, please do e-mail us at info@crowningstroke.com with a link to the similar design to help us to verify matters. Thank you for your help!

Do you re-stock sold-out items?

Sorry! We do not make any plans to re-stock items once they are sold-out, as we want to introduce newer designs and artsits to you all!

If you really, really like the design, you can still request for a reprint. We may reprint the design after it receives a significant number of requests, so do sign up to our mailing list to be the first to find out when any reprints happen!

Washing Instructions please?

Treat your Crowning Stroke t-shirts with love and wash inside-out along with similar coloured clothings, tumble dry low, do not iron over the print and never, ever bleach them.

Return Policy

What is your return policy?

At Crowning Stroke, we want to ensure that you’re happy with your order! If your t-shirt is unsatisfactory for any reason, you can return the item for an exchange or refund within the stipulated time period.

Do note that all returns must be in their original condition and must not have been washed before! If you return a washed item, we will have to reject it and ask you pay for it to be shipped back to you.

What is the time frame for a return?

You have 20 days from the date of placing your order to make any returns. Any returns after 20 days will be rejected, and you will have to pay the shipping costs for your item to be shipped back to you.

Reasonable allowance will be given for international orders, as we understand it takes more time for the international shipping.

How do I return my order?

• Names and sizes of the products you want to receive in exchange
• Reason for return

Step 2: You will receive a notification e-mail with further details and instructions for the return in 1-3 working days. Please do not return your items without our confirmation. Such returns will not be entertained, and you will have to bear the shipping charges to get your items back.

Step 3: Follow the instructions and return the items. Crowning Stroke will bear the shipping costs of sending your exchanged order back to you, but you will have to bear the shipping charges for the return.

How do you choose the designs for print?

We have a panel of critics who promise to choose only the best designs for print. We keep our critics happy and motivate them by feeding them lots of milk and cookies.

What do I get if my design is chosen for print?

You will get an artist fee upfront if your design is chosen! In addition, you’ll get the exclusive t-shirt you designed as well as commissions from each t-shirt your design sells. Not to mention the love from your adoring fans when you strut down town wearing your very own designed t-shirt! More details in our submission page here!

Can I submit the same design to other companies?

No, you will not be allowed to. This is to avoid any complications, such as different companies producing the same design. However, this is only for a temporary period, after which you will be allowed to submit your design to other companies if we do not use your design for print.
